The Role

You will execute projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of precision and quality. You will collaborate closely with the owner, project manager, designer, and trade partners.

What You Will Do

  • Execute Carpentry: Deliver high-level rough and finish carpentry across residential and commercial projects.
  • Interpret Plans: Read and execute construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications with high accuracy.
  • Lead Job Sites: Head on-site carpentry efforts and support overall daily project coordination.
  • Solve Problems: Keep projects on track by proactively identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain Site Standards: Care for your tools and maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite environment.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 10–15 years of professional carpentry experience with a proven depth of skill in remodeling.
  • Versatility: Proven experience working in both residential and commercial construction environments.
  • Tool Expertise: Strong command of hand and power tools, with deep expertise in joinery and finish work.
  • Equipment: Must provide and maintain a complete set of professional hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.

The Role

You will manage the sales process from initial inquiry through project development, working closely with the owner, project manager, designer, and trade partners. Your focus will be on understanding client goals, developing accurate project scopes, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget.

What You Will Do

  • Engage Clients: Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals, vision, and project needs.
  • Support Sales: Assist the owner in the sales process, including client meetings, follow-ups, and proposal development.
  • Develop Scopes: Collaborate with the team to develop project scopes, budgets, and preliminary design plans.
